Vacancy: Office Assistant
We are looking to recruit an Office Assistant to join us at the Foundation, helping with office functions, some fundraising help, and creating invoices.
The Oliver King Foundation is a charity based in Liverpool operating across the UK. We are a very small staff team so we are looking for someone enthusiastic, energetic about the job, and keen to be part of a charity that is working to save lives.
Your duties will include those of basic office admin, answering the telephone, making phone calls, writing letters, stuffing our mail shots, dealing with email enquiries, and sending invoices and chasing outstanding payments. You must have experience of using Sage Accounts, and must have done office admin before. Preferably also been involved in charity fundraising.
The Oliver King Foundation was setup following the sudden death of 12-year-old Oliver King in March 2011. To date, the foundation has saved 10 lives by placing over 800 defibrillators across the UK.
